Hydraulic Plate Bender-press brake
Performance:
  * Steel-welded frame, vibration to eliminate stress, with high strength and good rigidity.
  * Hydraulic top-drive, steadiness and reliability.
  * Mechanical stop, steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization, with high precision.
* Motorized-adjusting device of backgauge and ram's stroke, fine adjusting by handwheel, numerical display.
  * The main sliding pairs such as oil cylinders, piston rods, guide ways etc. are all treated with wear-resisting measures.
  * Deflection compensation unit installed on the top die. Manual crowned bottom die holder is adopted for the machine above 4000mm.
  * Travel limit protection and foot pedestal mounted emergency off switch. Full machine guarding with safety interlocker that is set in the electric box by     automatic cutting off main power when the box door is opened. Protecting barrier with safety interlocker is mounted on the back of the machine.  Optional:
  * Sectional tooling with different lengths may store forming a certain length to bend the closed frame workpiece.
  * The adjusted value of the ram and the backgauge can be displayed by digital readout (electronic displays).
  * Side & rear protection fence with interlock
  * Photo-electricity protection (Infra-red light sensor to monitor load area).
  * Any tailor-made are available on the request.
