Touchthe 1-cup button once, twice or three times for mild, regular or strongcoffee. When the E8 starts grinding, the display shows the last cupsize used in oz. At this time the left rotary dial illuminates. Justturn the dial and change the cup size from 1 oz. to 8 oz. It can't getany more convenient.
The 2-cup button always produces twice as much coffee. So, if the cupsize is set to 7 oz. the E8 will brew a total of 14 oz. With the heightadjustable coffee spout any cup size will fit easily underneath.

AROMA
The IMPRESSA E8 makes it easy to customize coffee settings to yourliking. Besides the three coffee strength settings which are controlledwith the 1-cup button, you can choose from AROMA STANDARD and AROMAROBUST. In the setting ROBUST the grinder will grind one second longerin each of the three settings MILD, NORMAL or STRONG, making yourcoffee even more intense.
Pushand hold the P button until you see word FILTER. Now turn the RotaryDial until the word AROMA is displayed. Push the button inside theRotary dial and select from STANDARD or ROBUST. Push the button againto confirm you selection. Now push the P button again to get back tomaking coffee, indicated by READY in the display.
