Introduction:

This series of products is one kind of thermoset pure epoxy powder coating based on epoxy polyester and epoxy curing agent. It has excellent adhesion with metal substrates to achieve zero distance contact between busbar and insulating layer to avoid potential safety hazards. Fast and convenient construction, rapid curing at medium temperature, with smooth and continuous surface, beautiful appearance and excellent electrical characteristics.

Field of Application:

Epoxy electic insulation powder coating is mainly used for the painting of metal substrates such as busbar ,rotor, stator, transformer, magnet wire etc, which has high demand on the insulation.

It can be applied to the hot dip coating process. Firstly, heat the coated workpiece to a temperature above the melting point, and then dip and apply powder. After the powder adheres to the surface of the heated workpiece, it begins to melt and flow, and then solidifies and adheres to the surface of the coated object to form a smooth, continuous and uniform coating. The coating can effectively wrap the plane, turning foot and even concave convex points of the coated object.

Packing and Transportation :

Pack in box with net weight 20 or 25kg.

Non-dangerous article, no special transportation requirement.

Avoid from direct sunlight, moisture, heat and chemicals.

Shelf life, 12 month below 30℃ in a dry and well ventilated place.
