TPS61031PWPR Power Management IC
Product Description:
The TPS61031PWPR is a highly integrated power management IC for
space-constrained applications. The device provides 3-V to 5.5-V
input voltage range, adjustable output voltage from 0.9 V to 3.3 V,
and up to 1.5 A of output current. It includes an internal DC/DC
converter, one low-dropout regulator (LDO), and two gate-drive
outputs for external switches. The device also includes an
integrated power-on reset (POR) and over-temperature protection
(OTP) to ensure system reliability.
