We now provide the larger ceramic nozzle tips which are more commonly used for industrial size sandblasting equipment but they can be used for smaller systems as well. This size is known as the C1 which is 3-3/4″ long.
Benefits to Using these Larger Nozzle Tips:
Longer Lasting: the longer length of almost 4″ and more ceramic material allow these high nozzle tips to last longer. The are great for folks that blast large areas which require less downtime replacing nozzles in the middle of a project.
Great for High or Lower Output: these industrial nozzles are perfect for high output sandblasting. However, they are great for smaller projects requiring less abrasive output with longer lifespans– simply choose a smaller inner diameter size such as the 3/32″ ID or 1/8″ ID.
Sand blasting nozzles are made for specific uses depending on the kind of abrasive used and application. Nozzles are available for both light and heavy duty jobs and are designed to give a uniform finish to the object they are being used on.
