The LR-HCM series reciprocating friction wear testing machine is a heavy-load friction wear testing machine developed based on the improvement of the sample form and structure. It is mainly used for researching the reciprocating friction performance of casing or piston materials and surface coatings. The equipment has the advantages of stable and reliable reciprocating stroke adjustment, wide adjustment range, high measurement accuracy of friction force, strong load-bearing capacity, and diverse test forms. The mainframe of the testing machine is controlled by an industrial control computer. The dedicated friction wear testing machine measurement and control software developed by Hengxu, based on high-speed industrial control, can draw curves of various parameters in real time, thereby achieving dynamic and effective detection of the process and improving the measurement accuracy of friction force, test force, etc. The software has parameter over-limit preset shutdown or alarm protection.
