rods inserted in ceramic tubes as heating elements, which are
resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. The heating elements are
arranged vertically, ensuring uniform temperature distribution in

Facility Requirements
- The equipment must be installed indoors, with an ambient
temperature of 0℃ to 40℃ and humidity ≤80% RH, in an environment
free of flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
- Ventilation system: Non-contact connection to the user's exhaust
system, with an exhaust capacity greater than 10m³/h.
- The power supply for this furnace must be a three-phase five-wire
AC power line, 380±10% V, 50±2% Hz. This power line is dedicated,
and high-power conversion equipment such as welding machines,
electric furnaces, and metal-cutting machine tools should not be
connected to this distribution.
- The equipment must be reliably grounded.
- The working pressure of the gas source is 0.2 to 0.4 MPa.
