1. Wind Turbine Main Shafts – 42CrMo Forgings

We manufacture wind turbine main shafts using premium 42CrMo alloy steels through open die forging. Designed to withstand high torque, axial loads, and long-term fatigue, our forged shafts deliver exceptional mechanical strength and reliability in harsh wind farm environments.

All forgings are available in custom lengths and diameters, support small-batch orders, and include full material certificates (EN10204 3.1/3.2). With in-house rough machining and strict quality control, we ensure each shaft meets your exact technical standards. Regular exports to Europe and Latin America available.

2. Forged Flanges for Wind Power – Custom Alloy Steel (42CrMo)

We supply custom-forged flanges for wind turbine nacelles, tower connections, and gear systems, produced from 42CrMo alloy steel. Our open die forging process ensures high structural integrity, excellent weldability, and precise dimensions for critical power generation assemblies.

We welcome non-standard sizes, short production runs, and provide CNC rough machining per customer drawings. Each flange is traceable with material test reports and can be exported globally, especially to European wind energy markets.
