of optics. Catalyst 9500 Series switches provide operational choice of Cisco Catalyst Center, or Meraki cloud monitoring.

Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches use flexible Software Database Manager (SDM) ASIC templates to enable

universal deployments by leveraging the UADP’s ability to create resources to optimize table sizes for different

places in the network. Based on how the switch is used in the network, an appropriate SDM ASIC template may

be selected to configure the switch for specific features.
