Scimitar EDM

Wire EDM

Surface Grinding

Surface grinding is a machining technique that uses a rotating grinding wheel to remove small amounts of material from a workpiece through abrasion. There are several types of grinding, including Blanchard grinding, cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding, and spindle grinding. Utilizing computer numerical control (CNC) technology, surface grinding is a highly efficient process capable of achieving precise dimensions on parts with tolerances as low as +10 microns. This machining method is widely used in applications requiring high surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
