YT Mica / 2 in 1 calcined muscovite tape for cables & wires

2 in 1 calcined muscovite tape uses high-quality calcined muscovite paper as the base material, glass fiber fabric as the reinforcement material, with good fire-resistant insulation performance and strong tensile strength. It is suitable for fire-resistant insulation layer in fire-resistant cables and can maintain insulation capability under flames for a certain period of time. With fire resistant temperature up to 950℃-1000℃, 2 in 1 calcined muscovite can pass RoHS, REACH, and ELV environmental protection tests, It's free from asbestos neither any other hazardous substances.
The muscovite is treated by high temperature to remove the crystal water and all non-mica impurities which may damage the voltage resistance and temperature resistance. Calcination improves the temperature resistance and insulation performance of the mica, and make the electrical insulation performance more stable.

Yitian Mica has obtained 5 invention patents, 21 practical patents, 20 software registration rights, and 3 trademarks. More intellectual property rights has been applied for verification.
