Dual-row roll forming allows flexible production of two different profiles simultaneously. Ideal for boltless shelving, storage racks, and industrial furniture, ensuring durability and easy assembly.

Flow Chart:

Process:

The coil feeds through the guide, entering the dual-profile roll former. Wall plate structure ensures rigidity. Chain-driven system maintains consistent speed. Two independent roll sets allow simultaneous different profile forming. Flying hydraulic cutter ensures precise lengths without stopping production. Profiles then smoothly transfer to the output table.
