Step 1: Nearby Recharge Point

1. User visits a nearby recharge point.
2. Staff inputs the user’s info and recharge amount into the STRON Vending system.
3. User pays the fee; the vending system issues a 20-digit token receipt.
4. User enters the token → Recharge succeeds.

Step 2: Mobile Top-Up via Third-Party Platform

1. User uses a third-party platform (e.g., M-PESA, Alipay) integrated with STRON Vending system APIs.
2. User logs into the third-party platform.
3. The platform interacts with STRON Vending system via APIs, then sends a text with the recharge token to the user.
4. User enters the token → Recharge succeeds.

Step 3: Door-to-Door Recharge by Mobile Vending Unit

1. Staff carries a mobile vending unit to the meter installation site.
2. Staff inputs the user’s info and recharge amount into the mobile vending unit.
3. Staff enters info on the handheld terminal, processes payment, and the unit generates a recharge token.
4. User enters the token → Recharge succeeds.
